Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. The deadline for abstract submission is April 30, 2026. Submissions after this date will not be considered.
2. All abstracts must be submitted in English and should not exceed 500 words, should include the title, author and institution, contact address, and postal code, Email, etc.
3. For the specific format, please refer to the Abstract Template. Please confine the abstract format and styling to that of the abstract template.
4. Abstracts must be submitted through the Online Submission System. Each participant, as the first author, is limited to one abstract submission. We eagerly anticipate your contribution.
* If you have problems with online submission, please email the abstract to info@wacbe2026.cn.
5. For the poster presentation, the poster board size will be 90 cm (W) x 120 cm (H). The posters must include the title, author, institution name, city and postal code. After registration, please affix and display them at the designated exhibition board locations as specified by the conference.
6. A notification letter will be sent via e-mail. Registered participants need to indicate their preferences on the mode of presentation, either oral or poster. The organization committee would try its best, but it cannot guarantee to facilitate the preferred presentation. Please note the final allocation of the mode of presentation.
7. To facilitate your submission and conference attendance, we have implemented a unified account system. Please keep an eye on the payment time for the registration fee promptly (payment for the conference ticket is not required at abstract submission). The schedule only shows the first author's name and the title of the abstract.
